A delegation led by the Bhutanese envoy here visited the Buddhist historical site of Takht-i-Bahi in northwest Pakistan today.
The Pakistan government had invited the Bhutanese delegation led by Ambassador Sonam T Rabgye.
The site is perched about 500 feet atop a small hill in Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, once known as the heart of the ancient Gandhara civilisation, which attracts tourists, historians, archaeologists and Buddhists from across the world.
