Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber's neighbours are reportedly angry with his reckless behaviour and have threatened to stop paying their monthly charge until the Home Owners Association take action against the singer.
The 19-year-old singer's noisy partying habits and speeding in his fleet of super cars on the street have upset his neighbours in the recent weeks, reported Sun online.
Each household in the singer's Calabasas neighbourhood pays 650 pounds a month to the association.

Last week police visited Bieber after they received two calls about him driving around the housing area in his Ferrari at a high rate of speed.
Neighbours said there was at least one child playing in the area at the time. Ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, who lives in the estate, was reported to have confronted Bieber last week about his over speeding.
He was furious after spotting the Ferrari going at 'Freeway speed' on the residential street as he was getting his three-year-old daughter into a car.
"That's why all the neighbours is mad. You can't do that," Johnson said.
