A BJP MLA, against whom an FIR was filed for creating disturbance during the sealing order in the S K Puri colony, was camping outside a police station here for the past 24 hours.
The MLA, Nitin Navin, against whom the FIR was filed on a complaint by the Patna Municipal Corporation went to the S K Puri police station last evening and sat there in protest.
The BJP MLA told PTI that if he had committed any wrong the government should send him to jail on the basis of the supervision report.

City Superintendent of Police Jaykant said "the police have neither detained Navin nor called him to the police station. He arrived at the police station on his own and is sitting there."
Navin attributed action against him to the 'anger' of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the BJP attacking him in both Houses of the legislature.
BJP members in the Assembly raised issue of Navin and also the filing of FIRs against two other party MLAs -- Prem Kumar and Shyamdeo Paswan -- in the Bodh Gaya serial blasts and shouted slogans against the government in the well.
Leader of Opposition Nand Kishore Yadav alleged that the JD(U) government was trying to get at opponents by registering false FIRs.
