Dismissing Agarwal's application for bail, acting Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, Raj Kumar said since he had already applied for bail in the court of sessions judge in Katihar, the bail application could not be entertained.
Agrawal is accused of killing an employee of a petrol pump owned by him at Mirchaibari in the town.
He is currently in judicial custody.
