Kumar said the media reports that Rahul would be taking major responsibility in party and government was "encouraging has sent across a rejuvenating message among youth activists in Bihar right from grassroot level to the top".
"IYC and Bihar Youth Congress will overwhelmingly hail and applaud his more proactive role and responsibility," Kumar said.
"We will eagerly and anxiously await till the decision on his bigger role and the timing is decided by the party leadership," Lalan Kumar added.
