A man was killed and another injured in central Delhi after their motorcycle collided with the wall of the Salimgarh bypass flyover at a sharp turn in dense fog, police said today.
Vikas Lavania (23), who was riding pillion, was rushed to the hospital and he told the police that he was accompanied by his cousin Bhuvneshvar Upadhyay (28) who was riding the motorcycle, police said.
A search was conducted and Bhuvneshwar's body was found in the bushes a few hours later, they added.

Bhuvneshwar was riding the bike and was overspeeding as the road was empty. In the dense fog, he couldn't see the wall while negotiating the turn and his bike collided with it and then fell from the flyover, police said.
Bhuvneshwar was wearing a helmet that was thrown off his head as an impact of the accident, while Vikas wasn't wearing a helmet. The blood samples of Vikas and Bhuvneshwar have been taken to determine whether they were under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident, they said.
In another fatal accident, a cab hit a tempo from behind killing one person in the wee hours today in north Delhi's Kashmere Gate area.
The cab driver, identified as Manoj Kumar, has been arrested, police said.
His cab hit the tempo from behind killing the driver Vikas and injuring the helper Rafi, they said.
Vikas was declared brought dead, while Rafi, who suffered minor injuries, has been discharged from the hospital, police said.
The accused also sustained minor injuries and after treatment was arrested, they added.
