Twenty-two BJP activists were today arrested for demonstrating in front of the main entrance of the state secretariat.
The activists had gathered in front of 'Nabanna', the state secretariat, demanding the resignation of state education minister Partha Chatterjee in the backdrop of the Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) examination controversy for the appointment of teachers in primary schools.
