BJP President Amit Shah's "jungle raj 2" comment about the law and order situation in Bihar found support from ally Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) which today said rule of law was "unthinkable" when RJD was part of a government.
"Governance and rule of law are unthinkable when RJD of Lalu Prasad is part of a government," RLSP General Secretary and Union Minister Upendra Kushwaha told reporters.
"Nitish Kumar who had come to power on the slogan of getting people freedom from jungle raj (of RJD) in 2005 is today finding shelter in the same RJD which is sufficient to prove that he has accepted his defeat," Kushwaha, a friend- turned-foe of Kumar, said.

"Nitish Kumar and others cursed RJD during 15 years of its rule while Lalu Prasad spared no opportunity to hit at Nitish Kumar saying he has 'teeth in his stomach' during 10 years of NDA rule. Together they wasted 25 years of people of Bihar and have again joined hands but people would not believe them anymore," Kushwaha said.
"Newspapers are full of reports of loot, murder and rape daily. Nitish Kumar's claim that women could move around freely even at night fell flat the day he joined hands with RJD," he said, highlighting the deterioration of law and order situation in the state.
Asked that RLSP in its banners and posters for tomorrow rally has prominently displayed photograph of veteran socialist leader George Fernandes who technically is still part of JD(U), Kushwaha, who had earlier quit JD(U) to float a new party RLSP, said "Nitish Kumar left no opportunity to humiliate George saheb... We are real carriers of George Fernandes' ideology."
The RLSP leader said the coming election in Bihar would be fought on the issues of farmers and youths.
Kushwaha, who is Union minister of State for Human Resources Development (HRD), justified NDA government's decision to repromulgate ordinance on Land Acquisition Bill after it failed to get approval of Rajya Sabha.
"For such circumstances only there is a provision for promulgation of an ordinance," he said.
On preparation of NDA for Bihar polls and RLSP's expectation of seats in the election, Kushwaha said "These things would be decided on the table of NDA.
