Uttarakhand BJP general secretary Naresh Bansal today said legal action will be taken against expelled workers and office bearers if they are found using the party's flag, stickers and symbol.

The state BJP president, Ajay Bhatt, has asked all former members, expelled for six years for anti-party activities, to immediately remove the party's flags, stickers and symbols from their vehicles, residences and offices, he said.

"If they do not follow the instructions issued by the party's leadership, legal action will be initiated against them," he said.

The stern message from Bhatt comes after the BJP received complaints of expelled office bearers and workers using the party's flag, symbols, stickers and name plates, Bansal said.
