An alleged ISIS operative's claim that he was in Batla House when an encounter took place there in 2008 today prompted BJP to attack Congress over its "vote bank" politics, saying the opposition party stands "exposed".

The ISIS operative, who is believed to be from Thane, has said in a recent video that he had fled the encounter site when police raided it.
