BJP Chief congratulates Satyarthi, Malala

BJP President Amit Shah today congratulated Nobel Peace prize winners Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzai and said their contributions for protection of child rights will act as a source of inspiration across the world.

He complimented the role played by 60-year-old Satyarthi in protecting the rights of children and rescuing them from child labour.

In his congratulatory message, the BJP leader said Satyarthi has put in years of service for removing the ill of child labour from the society.

He also lauded the role played by 17-year-old Malala, a Pakistani, for the cause of education of girls.

"Their contribution will in removing the ill of child labour and education of the girl child will serve as an inspiration all across the world," he said.
 

Satyarthi and Malala were today awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2014 for their pioneering work on promoting child rights in the troubled sub-continent.
