A BJP delegation led by its state women's wing president Simantini Jena today visited house of the woman who was killed by a group, allegedly comprising supporters of the ruling BJD at Panturi village under Jenapur police station in Jajpur district.
The delegation talked to the husband of the deceased and other villagers.
Later, the delegation met Superintendent of Police Anup Kumar Sahu at its office in the evening and demanded immediate arrest of all the accused involved in the crime.

Jena alleged that on the one hand the BJD made tall claims about women's safety and dalit development and they murdered a dalit woman on the other.
"We demand a compensation of cash at least Rs 5 lakh to the family of the deceased," she said.
Sulochana Dalei alias Bagi (35), a mother of three children, was attacked by the members of an armed group, allegedly owing allegiance to BJD, and killed on Friday night.
The incident took place on the village road in full public view during immersion ceremony of Pusa Purnima.
When contacted, SP Anup Sahu said, "We have arrested two of the five accused. Police are conducting raids at different places to nab the others.
Meanwhile, all the male members of the families allegedly involved in the case have fled from the village to evade police arrest. One platoon of armed police force has been deployed at the village.
