A BJP delegation, led by its vice-president S S Ahluwalia, today visited several places in the state where ruling CPI(M) activists allegedly let loose a reign of terror after the recent panchayat polls.
The party's Tripura unit president Sudheendra Dasgupta said the delegation visited some parts of Rajnagar block in South Tripura district, Matabari block of Gomati district and Dakshin Maheshpur village of Sipahijala district.
Dasgupta claimed that the CPI(M) cadres had let loose terror after announcements of the panchayat elections results on July 17.

The BJP delegation, the other members of which were Tarun Vijay and Satyanarayan Jatia, is scheduled to meet the officiating governor P B Acharya.
