It would also look into allegations relating to "undue favours" shown by the government to companies and business houses, AICC general secretary, in-charge of Himachal Pradesh, Birender Singh told reporters here.

The Congress government would order a probe into "all land scams" in the state in the name of industrial and hydel projects, he said.

Land given to private universities and the HPCA would also be investigated, the Congress leader said adding all land deals in violation of law would be scrapped.

The Congress, if voted to power in the state, would probe charges of corruption against BJP ministers and state officials, he said.

The Congress charge-sheet against acts of omission and commission of the BJP government was almost ready and it would be submitted to the President after it was vetted by the AICC legal cell, Singh said.

Accusing the BJP government of indulging in graft, he said BJP leaders, who had floated the Himachal Lokhit Party, had also made serious charges of corruption against the present dispensation.

"Himachal on sale" would be main poll plank of the party for the assembly election, he said. MORE
