BJP govt in Raj to launch welfare schemes on two year anniv

Vasundhara Raje-led BJP government in Rajasthan will launch new schemes for public welfare on completion of its two years in office next month.

A public meeting will be organised on December 13 at Janpath in front of the state Assembly building in which new schemes will be launched, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore said.

Several other programmes have also been planned to mark the occasion and will be conducted with simplicity, he said.

In a meeting at the state secretariat, Rathore and Public Works Department Minister Yunus Khan finalised programmes which will disseminate the government polices, schemes and achievements across the state.
 

"Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje will offer floral tributes to martyrs at Shaeed Smarak on December 13 after which the state level programmes will begin. The CM will later inaugurate a state-level exhibition," Rathore said.

A cultural evening will be held at Albert Hall in Jaipur that evening and various district-level programmes, including exhibitions, will take place from December 15 to December 18, he said.

Chief Secretary C S Rajan and other officers were present in the meeting.
