BJP national IT cell convener Amit Malviya today said his department will have to paly an important in the Rajasthan legislative assembly election due this year end.
He told party workers to work as a team and reach out to the masses at grassroot level. "The role will be important and party workers will have to work sincerely to share achievements of Centre and state government at grassroots," Malviya said at a workshop organised here today.
He said the youth comprise 65 per cent of the population and are social media friendly. Keeping this in view, efforts should be made to present image of the government with factual, analytical and accurate information, he added.
State BJP IT cell convener Avinash Joshi said plan for holding workshops at division level will soon be chalked out. He said information related to public welfare schemes and flagship schemes of the government were being propagated among the people through creatives, infographics and short films on social media.
State general secretary Chandra Shekhar urged the party workers to connect with the people, especially youths at booth level.
