BJP leader Amit Shah offers prayers at Kerala temple

Former Gujarat Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah today offered prayers at the famous Rajarajeswari temple at nearby Thaliparambu.

Shah, a close confidant of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, told reporters after performing the prayers that he is hopeful of BJP-led National Democratic Alliance returning to power at the Centre in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

He had visited the temple on earlier occasions also.

Earlier, former BJP leader and Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa had also worshipped at the temple.
