"This will pave way for initiation of the second phase to elect presidents at mandal, district, state and finally national level," he said during a membership drive in Akhnoor border belt of Jammu district.
Manhas said the membership drive was the first step towards election of the national president and the state unit chief after the elections of district and mandal heads.
