The BJP legislators today walked out of the special session of Delhi Assembly, opposing the alleged "vulgar" language used by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal against the Prime Minister and other Union ministers.
Condemning the obscene language used by the Chief Minister against the PM and Union ministers, Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta called Kejriwal's remarks "unbecoming of" a Chief Minister and demanded an apology from him.
Gupta alleged that the Delhi CM "violated" the Rule 264 (2)(i) of the Rule of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Assembly that states that a member while speaking shall not refer to government official by name.
"Kejriwal took the name of the Prime Minister, the Finance Minister and the External Affairs Minister and levelled baseless charges against them, disobeying even ruling of the Speaker," he said.
The BJP leader said that calling of the special session of Assembly for constituting a commission of enquiry into the affairs of Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) is "unconstitutional".
"The matter is not only sub judice in the High court but the rules and regulations pertaining to the conduct of Delhi Legislative Assembly do not permit this," he added.
However, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, defended the special session by claiming that the government has the requisite power to constitute such a Commission of Inquiry as "sport falls in the state list".
Amid protests by the Leader of Opposition, the Deputy CM, flanked by Kejriwal, moved a resolution on the floor of the Assembly to constitute a Commission of Inquiry to probe the alleged corruption in DDCA which was passed by the House dominated by AAP MLAs.

BJP's national spokesperson Nalin Kohli mocked Kejriwal saying it is no wonder that he is "fascinated" with the subject of corruption because "he has an army of corrupt people around him."
His Law minister is sacked for fake degree and some others are accused of violence and other criminal acts, he said.
"His is a model of no governance all drama. Perhaps Kejriwal and his colleagues should have considered opening a TV channel because he knows the business of TRP and no work," Kohli said adding that Delhi Chief Minister is "disrespecting" his historic mandate.
