BJP would strengthen its reach and presence in the country to make the voters who have enrolled themselves with the party into active members, Murlidhar Rao, National General Secretary of the party said.
"We are now penetrating in states where the party has weak presence. We are holding consolidation camps so that the people who have enrolled themselves with BJP can now be made active members of the party," Rao told reporters, while inaugurating a camp here.
To a question related with the sections where BJP intends to improve its grip, the BJP leader said that BJP does not do politics of appeasement.

Rao also commented that no community would hold veto power on national interest and integrity.
Rao said that the party has targeted to complete the training workshops by the end of this year.
"We are giving training to more than 15 lakh workers and at four levels- mandal, district, state and national on cultural nationalism, achievements and polices of our governments, social and economic aspect," he said.
BJP State President Ashok Parnami said that the party put up a good performance in Panchayat and civic body polls held recently and broke some records too.
