BJP has already organised Lok Sabha constituency-level conventions at different places in Telangana which were attended by union ministers Parshottam Rupala, Prakash Javadekar and others.
Union ministers Nitin Gadkari, M Venkaiah Naidu, Nirmala Sitharaman would attend the conventions in other places, Laxman said.
Alleging that the TRS government in Telangana has disappointed people from all sections, he said the recent public meeting organised by the ruling party was far below expectations.
Observing that the students of Osmania University had played a crucial role in the struggle for separate Telangana, Laxman claimed that chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao disappointed the students and alumni by not speaking at the inaugural event of the institution's centenary celebrations.
Rao was expected to give a befitting speech to highlight the efforts of students and by announcing plans for their welfare, Laxman said.
