BJP-RSS must stop projecting Modi as PM candidate: Cong

Congress today said BJP-RSS must stop projecting Narendra Modi as Prime Ministerial candidate after the expose of senior Gujarat police officer D G Vanjara.

"BJP-RSS must drop the idea of projecting Modi as its Prime Ministerial candidate after the expose made by a senior police officer", AICC secretary, ex-servicemen department, Capt Praveen Davar said while addressing a function at Suchetgarh.

The AICC secretary urged ex-servicemen to defeat the challenges posed by communal and fundamental forces.

Former minister R S Chib referred to the problems of refugees and displaced persons in the state and said Congress has taken major initiatives to resolve their long pending demands of one time settlement and ownership right.
 

Cong general secretary and spokesperson Ravinder Sharma also paid rich tributes to the martyrs and said sacrifices of such people would be remembered for all times to come.
