: The BJP here has described the landslide victory of the party in the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls as a clear indication of the profound faith people have in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Party's local unit president V Saminathan said in a release that 'the far sighted approach and effective economic reforms Prime Minister has evolved and adopted across the country has been welcomed overwhelmingly by the people and the UP poll verdict vindicates the confidence and faith the people have in the leadership of Narendra Modi'.
The steps by Modi to eradicate corruption, black money and economic offences through demonetisation and similar other reforms have been accepted by the people, he said.
