Accusing BJP of spending "unexpectedly huge amount" for campaigning during Jammu and Kashmir elections, Congress today asked the saffron party to tell people the money it was spending in the hustings.
"BJP is spending unexpectedly huge amount in its election campaign which has never been done before in the state elections by any party. It is something like a top multi-national company's expenditure for its corporate interest," Congress candidate from Jammu West Assembly segment Surinder Singh Shingari said here.
Shingari alleged that the expenditure being incurred by BJP was "unprecedented" in Jammu and Kashmir.
