Opposition BJP will hold a rally and gherao Uttarakhand Assembly on March 14 in protest against the state government's alleged failure to deliver on all fronts.
"Harish Rawat government in Uttarakhand has failed on fronts. BJP will hold a big rally here and gherao the state assembly on March 14 to protest against a non-performing government," Leader of Opposition in the state assembly Ajay Bhatt told reporters here.
The state BJP President claimed that people are looking for a change of government and the proposed stir "will herald its collapse."

"If the state government could spend only 50 per cent of the last budget why has it laid a new budget of Rs 40,422.20 crore?" he said.
Alleging that the state government had done nothing except making announcements, he said maximum work has been done on centrally-sponsored schemes.
