"UPA ministers have once again been exposed after the coal blocks allocation issue. The party will soon take up the matter to the masses to tell them about wrongdoings of the UPA government," Rajnath said here.

The BJP leader said modalities of the proposed drive will be worked out during a party meet on September 13.

Accusing the Congress of committing scams one after the other, Rajnath also criticised the SP and the BSP for supporting the UPA government at the Centre.

"Both the parties are like two sides of one coin. They are to be held equally accountable for the scams as they support the government at the Centre," he said.

Attacking the SP rule in Uttar Pradesh, he said the present government in the state has failed to live up to the expectations of people.

The BJP leader, claiming that the law and order situation in the state was continuously degrading, alleged that the Akhilesh government has not been able to provide even basic facilities to its citizens.

Lauding the functioning of governments in BJP-ruled states, Rajnath said the growth in country's GDP was due to the progressive policies of the BJP governments in different states.
