The Uttar Pradesh unit of BJP will release its "sankalp patra" (election manifesto) on Sunday for the upcoming civic polls here, a party release said today.
The "sankalp patra", similar in nature to the Lok Sankalp Patra the BJP brought out before the Assembly elections in February, will be released on November 12 and all the issues taken up in it will be addressed within two years, the release quoting state unit president Mahendra Nath Pandey said.
These elections will have an impact on other states as well and the BJP will post a better performance than the recent Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, Pandey was quoted as saying.
