BJP women wing organises clean drive in Delhi

Women BJP workers in Delhi today participated in the Clean India campaign, launched earlier by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by organising programmes at various places.

The programme was led by BJP Mahila Morcha chief Vijaya Rahatkar at the Hanuman temple in Connought Place where many other BJP women workers took part in the campaign.

Prominent among those who participated in the programme included NCW chief Lalitha Kumaramangalam, Additional Solicitor General Pinky Anand, BJP general secretaries Saroj Pande and BJP General secretary Muralidhar Rao, BJP's Delhi unit chief Satish Upadhyay and other local leaders including mayors of Municipal Corporations of Delhi.
 

As part of its Clean India Campaign drive, the Mahila Morcha has chosen some celebrities to take the movement forward, who include Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel, Kiran Chopra, social worker Almitra Patel, Pinky Anand and dancer Shobhana Narayana.
