The youth wing of BJP here today protested against the latest Chinese incursion in Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) sector in eastern Ladakh and blamed Centre's wrong policies for the incident.

The protesting activists led by district president of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Ajay Vaid, raised placards and shouted slogans against China and urged the Centre not to take the incident lightly and take action against the neighbouring country.

"It is a conspiracy against India. Pakistan along with China is trying to enclose India and create instability in our country," Vaid alleged.

The protesters also raised slogans against the UPA government and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for their alleged soft approach towards China and said they should take some strong action in this regard.

"We appeal to Centre not to take such incidents lightly. UPA government has been soft towards repeated incursions made by the Chinese army and it is the time they should employ some strict measures to restrain China," he

added.

China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) came about 19 kms inside the Indian territory in DBO sector, which is at an altitude of about 17,000 feet, on the night of April 15 and established a tented post there.
