BJYM to enrol 1 crore new members before Lok Sabha polls

Keeping in mind the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) today said it would begin a membership campaign with a target of enrolling one crore new members to its fold from across the country.

As of now 55 lakh youths are members of BJYM, Rajesh Choudhary, its national in-charge told a press conference here today.

Membership campaign for BJYM, the youth wing of BJP, will start on Chandra Shekhar Azad's birth anniversary on July 23, he said.

An online membership campaign will also be launched simultaneously, Choudhary said.

State BJYM president Nirmal Kumawat said, a target of 11 lakh new members has been set for Rajasthan where ten youths would be deployed at each polling booth in the forthcoming Assembly polls.
 

BJYM was managing BJP state president Vasundhara Raje's Suraj Sankalp Yatra in Jodhpur division which began this morning, Kumawat added.
