Police registered an FIR against Congress MLA Sulochana Rawat and Alirajpur district Congress president Mahesh Patel for creating disturbances at Bhabhra, during the birth anniversary celebrations of well known freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad.

A Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) spokesman claimed here that the two allegedly tried to prevent people from having a look at Azad's hut and even put a lock on it.

He charged the Congress with attempting to disrespect Azad, who was born at Bhabhra town in the Alirajpur district.

He said that in protest against the Congress action, demonstrations would be held tomorrow in Madhya Pradesh and effigies of MP Congress leaders Kantilal Bhuria and Sulochana Rawat burnt.
