Ghazaiabd Mahanagar President of RLD, Ramanand Goel said, the party will support the protest and will stop the water supply to Delhi even if the state government places police and paramilitary forces at Muradnagar.

District Magistrate Vimal Kumar Sharma, however, said, the administration has taken all the precautionary measures and the supply will not not be allowed to be disrupted at any cost.

On the issue of the Delhi bungalow, All-India General Secretary of RLD, Trilok Tyagi said, when the Centre could convert the bungalows of leaders like Kanshi Ram and Babu Jagjivan Ram into memorials, then why was the government hesitating in making the 12 Tughlaq Road as Choudhary Charan Singh Memorial.

Tyagi also claimed that Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has written a letter to Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and asked the said bungalow to be converted into a memorial to Charan Singh, former prime minister and father of Ajit Singh.
