Canadian handset maker BlackBerry today said it will offer enhanced privacy and control features to users of its messaging platform BBM across iOS, Android and BlackBerry smartphones.
With the new update, BBM users can now take advantage of enhanced privacy and control features that allow them to take control over the messages and content that they share without any subscription fees, BlackBerry said in a statement.
BBM users can 'retract' their messages and pictures from recipients to take them back from their phone if they were sent as a mistake, or if they no longer wish them to be accessible.

"Ramco Systems Australia Pty Ltd has secured a contract for an aggregate value of over AUD 5 million for its ERP (Logistics) and HCM solutions, to be provided to a leading Australia based group, with more than 5000 employees," Ramco said in a filing to the BSE.

*Adobe today said it has appointed noted computer scientist Anandan Padmanabhan as Vice President, Adobe Research to head its Big Data Experience Lab (BEL) in Bengaluru.
In this role, Padmanabhan will play a key role in spearheading the company's big data research initiatives in the region including data mining, machine learning, social network analysis, mobile experience and content intelligence technologies, it said in a statement.
