The 24-year-old said she finds on screen nakedness unnecessary and distracting to the plot, reported Contactmusic.
"When I see nudity in movies, I am always distracted by it. I know that if I am watching a scene and someone is exposing their body, then that's all I'm looking at - I can't help it. I just don't think that will ever be right for me," she said.
Talking about her health regime, Lively said she does no exercise to maintain her slim figure.
"I am terrible; I don't do any exercise - I'm going to have to learn the hard way. I love food too much," she added.
