Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today said a blueprint of a "new Haryana" would be prepared at a 'Chintan Shivir' (brainstorming session) at the Timber Trail resort in Himachal Pradesh from December 15 to 17.
"Various ongoing development works and other schemes will also be reviewed in the session," Khattar said here.
He said he had visited the entire state in three phases to ensure development work was underway.

However, the government's decision to hold the session at a luxury resort in the hill state faced flak from the opposition.
Former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said the ruling BJP's concern should have been the deteriorating law and order condition in the sate and not "holidaying in the hills". He alleged that the government was wasting public money.
Taking a dig at Hooda, Haryana Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister O P Dhankar said it was a tradition in the BJP to take collective decision from'chintan' (brainstorming).
