BMW launches 3 Series Gran Turismo priced up to Rs 47.5 lakh

German luxury car maker BMW today launched its new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo model priced between Rs 43.3 lakh and Rs 47.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

Locally produced at the company's Chennai plant, the new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo is available in diesel and petrol variants, BMW India said in a statement.

The new model is available in two exclusive design schemes - Sport Line and Luxury Line.

While the 3 Series Gran Turismo Sport Line is powered by two-litre, four cylinder diesel engine and is priced at Rs 43.3

lakh, the same for Luxury Line is priced at Rs 46.5 lakh. The 3 Series Gran Turismo Luxury Line in petrol with the two-litre four cylinder is priced at Rs 47.5 lakh.
 

The new model has safety features including six air bags, anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with brake assist, side-impact protection, run-flat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, emergency

Spare wheel, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor.
