Veteran singer Bob Geldof, who lost his daughter to a heroin overdose in April this year, will have a quiet Christmas celebration with his family.
Peaches Geldof died aged 25. The 63-year-old ' Boomtown Rats' singer said the seasonal festivities will be 'a lot less' this Christmas, reported Contactmusic.
"It's been a bad year. There is no end to it. It is for the rest of my life. I'll be with the family for Christmas. They will make Christmas come alive again. It will be like everybody else's Christmas but a lot less," he said.
Geldof will spend Christmas Day with his grandsons, and Peaches' sons, two-year-old Astala and 19-month-old Phaedra.
