The West Bengal government would take action regarding recovery of a body from the hostel of a state run hospital, after receiving enquiry reports of the police and the hospital authorities, Minister of State for Health Chandrima Bhattacharya said today.
"Both police and hospital authorities are separately conducting enquiries. The government would take action on the basis of their reports," Bhattacharya told PTI here.
The body of an unidentified man was found from the third floor of the boys' hostel of NRS Medical College and Hospital yesterday, prompting the police to suo motu file a murder case.
