Body of a 10-year-old boy was fished out today from a storm water drain into which he had fallen near Bellandur in the city, police said.
The flow of water in the drain was blocked to help locate the body of the boy, who fell yesterday, they said.
The boy reportedly slipped into the drain while playing last evening and was washed away in the heavy flow, triggered by recent heavy rains in the city.
Rescue personnel had called off the search operations last night and resumed work today.
