Body of 25-year-old man found on railway tracks at Vivek Vihar

The body of a 25-year-old man was found lying at the Vivek Vihar railway tracks under mysterious circumstances.

The deceased, identified as Prateek, was pursuing MBA and his body was found yesterday morning, police said.

His family told police that he had gone to Vivek Vihar for a party at his friend's house.

They didn't ask him much since he used to go to Vivek Vihar quite often.

When his family couldn't contact him over phone, they spoke to his friends who told them that he already left.

Family members then approached the police and teams were constituted to look for Prateek. His body was found near the railway tracks and the family members were informed about the incident.
 

Police is trying to ascertain if Prateek died because of an accident or if he committed suicide by jumping on the railway tracks.
