The Police today recovered the body of a three-year-old minor girl from a well in Inglish Paatam village under Naya Ramnagar police station area of Bihar's Munger district.
A senior police officer said one Vishesh Kumar has been arrested for killing the minor after raping her.
The minor's father has lodged an FIR against Vishesh Kumar with Naya Ramnagar police station in this regard, the officer said.
