The body of an unidentified woman bearing strangulation marks has been recovered in Shamli district, police said today.
The body of a woman, believed to be about 30 years of age, was recovered yesterday from the fields in Bhabhisa village in Kandhla area, they said.
The body has been sent for postmortem and a case has been registered, police said, adding, further investigation is on.
