Body of a 19-year-old girl was found today on the railway tracks here after the teenager allegedly committed suicide by jumping from a moving train, police said.
The deceased has been identified as Manshila Bairwa. She had left her home on August 30 after a spat with her mother. Today, she was found dead on railway tracks in Sanganer area here, they said.
Prima facie, it appears a suicide, police said.
The body has been handed over to family members after postmortem, investigating officer Ram Lal said.
Her father Rameshwar is a laborer and was staying in Sanganer town in a rented accommodation, he added.
