Bokaro hottest in Jharkhand at 46 degree C

Searing temperatures were also recorded at Lohardaga, Giridih, Dhanbad and Garhwa, all recording 44 degree C, according to the MeT office here.

Other districts like Palamau (43.8 degree C), Jamshedpur (43.6), Dumka (43.5), Latehar (42), Hazaribagh (41) and Ranchi (40.4) also sizzled during the day.
