She may not be aware of Hindi movies but American supermodel-actress Cindy Crawford says Bollywood is huge and a global phenomenon today.
"Everyone knows about Bollywood... It is huge. It is an international phenomenon. I have realised that I should have done my homework properly. I don't watch a lot of movies including American," Cindy told PTI in an interaction here.
"I watch Academy awards. I prefer watching TV shows. I could have said that this is my Bollywood favourite actor or film but I don't want to lie," she said, adding that she would love to be part of Bollywood film if offered a role.

The 49-year-old supermodel, who was yesterday in the city to celebrate her 20-year association with watch brand, Omega, said that ageing "scares" her.
"Age does scare me. It is not fun. If you are not ageing then you are dead. For beauty, there are no secrets to follow...It's about eating right, doing exercise, not smoking, sleeping early and I am not a party-goer," said Cindy, who looked stunning in a knee-length dress.
She added beauty and agility are hereditary to a great extent.
"...Then a lot of it is genetic. I have both my grandmothers alive...One is 93 and another 96. I look up to them. My granny just walks and that is the advice she gives me," the diva said.
Being a supermodel, she advises people to wear clothes that make them feel comfortable and thereby bring in confidence to carry themselves well.
Cindy is quite excited about her forthcoming book, titled "Becoming".
"The book will feature 50 images with essays about various life lessons I have learnt since my childhood days till now," she said.
Cindy launched the 'Constellation Pluma' collection, which has a light coral-coloured dial with an elegant yet understated design, at Omega boutique.
