An anonymous call threatening that a bomb had been planted inside a school compound turned out to be a hoax, police said.
The call was received by the office Tirunelveli SP this morning.
Police conducted a search in the school premises along with bomb detection and disposal squad.
However, they found no explosives inside the compound.
