Bono or Bon Jovi should replace me on idol: Jennifer Lopez

The 42-year-old said she was prompted to step down from the hit TV talent show the day after fellow judge Steven Tyler quit because she feared she would not have the same chemistry with a newcomer, reported Contactmusic.

"We had magic. I don't know, with him gone, it might be a different formula. I think like Bono or Bon Jovi or Mick Jagger would make for good judges," she said.

Producers are now scrambling to find a new line-up to replace the superstar duo. Mariah Carey, Adam Lambert and Black Eyed Peas stars Fergie and Will.I.Am's names are doing the rounds.
