Rapper Bobby Shmurda has pled not guilty to gun and drug charges.

Officials announced that he is being held on USD 2 million bail by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice James Burke, reported Ace Showbiz.

The 20-year-old rapper was charged with variety of crimes including conspiracy to commit murder, gun and drug charges and for firing at a group of people outside a barber shop.

"My guy has the world in the palm of his hands. He needs to commit crimes like I need to fly the space shuttle," said Shmurda's lawyer.

He was arrested on Tuesday night. Shumurda was arrested in October for smoking a joint and in June for possession of a weapon.
