With the court granting bail to Batia and Badlani, the number of accused given the relief so far has reached 14 with the exception of Tinku.
Mumbai Crime Branch had arrested 15 bookies in the betting case.
It can be recalled that 12 accused, including Bollywood actor Vindoo Dara Singh and CSK Team Principal Gurunath Meiyappan, were released on conditional bail on June 3.
They were told to report to the crime branch office every alternate day.
Earlier in the day, Tinku, Batia and Badlani were produced before the court and the crime branch sought their custody.
The crime branch told the court that they wanted to find out about the absconding accused including bookies Pawan Jaipur, Sanjay Jaipur, Jupiter to name a few.
Bendbar told the court that Tinku's brother Sandeep had handed over certain documents detailing some betting transactions with the absconding accused to crime branch.
Defense lawyers countered this saying the custodial interrogation of the accused was not necessary.
