A teenage boy was arrested today for allegedly raping a minor girl at Watgunge in the south-western part of the city.
The police said that the boy raped a class eight student, his next-door neighbour, last night.
A complaint was lodged by the girl's family in the Watgunge police station last night on the basis of which the police arrested the culprit this morning.
